?? Pay Range: $95K - $105K (DOE)
?? Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • ?? Budget Wiz: Help prepare, manage, and forecast budgets like a pro.
  • ?? Payroll Pro: Oversee payroll processes, including compliance with Prevailing Wage requirements and completing Certified Payroll Reporting (backup duties included!).
  • ?? Financial Guru: Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports.
  • ?? Accounts Receivable: Handle cash applications, adjustments, and credit management like a champ.
  • ?? Accounts Payable: Supervise AP processes and provide support as needed.
  • ?? Month-End Rockstar: Manage month-end close tasks, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • ?? Commission Master: Administer commission advances, payouts, and accrual tracking.

? Requirements:

  • ?? Experience: Minimum 5+ years in accounting and payroll, with construction industry expertise.
  • ??? Construction Know-How: Proven experience managing Prevailing Wage projects.
  • ?? Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • ?? Excel Wizardry: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
